By accessing or using Adless (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Adless is an AI-powered platform that generates vertical slideshow content (optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) from user-provided URLs, prompts, or business information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and layouts. Results are generated automatically and are not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by Adless.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (URLs, prompts, images, business information). You are solely and entirely responsible for any content you generate, publish, distribute, or share using the Service. Adless does not review, approve, endorse, or assume any liability for user-generated content. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, violate any applicable laws, or contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. You agree to indemnify Adless against any claims arising from content you create or distribute.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, originality, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated text may contain factual errors, and AI-generated images may resemble existing copyrighted material or real people. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. Adless makes no representations that generated content is free from intellectual property claims or suitable for any specific use.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content, including fake news or impersonation
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party
• Generate spam, unsolicited advertising, or content designed to manipulate algorithms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service's infrastructure or AI models
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Adless platform, its design, code, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by Adless and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you generate using the Service may be used by you, but Adless does not guarantee exclusivity — similar prompts from different users may produce similar outputs.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts are limited to 5 generations per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and provide additional features as described on the pricing page. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Third-Party Platform Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as TikTok) to publish content directly from Adless. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Adless to access your account within the scopes you approve (for example, posting content or reading basic profile information). You may disconnect any third-party account at any time from the Settings page, which immediately revokes Adless's access and deletes all stored tokens. Content posted through Adless to third-party platforms is subject to both these Terms and the respective platform's terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with the target platform's community guidelines and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ADLESS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT GENERATED WILL BE ACCURATE, LEGAL, OR FREE FROM THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADLESS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH IT, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADLESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adless, its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any content you generate, publish, or distribute; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and disclaimers survive termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
